Five years of creating opportunities.
For five years, We Are the Future has created opportunities for children to experience what it means to present their work beyond the classroom or studio.
For some, it is a first major concert. For others, a first performance with an orchestra. Some exhibit a painting or sculpture for the first time. Others share a story they have written themselves.
Different disciplines. Different journeys. One idea: every young talent deserves the opportunity to be seen and heard.
A real orchestra. A real stage.
Young classical musicians are given the opportunity to perform with a live orchestra under the direction of a conductor.
Playing with an orchestra requires much more than knowing a piece. A young musician must listen, react, communicate with the conductor and become part of something larger than an individual performance.
For that moment, they are no longer simply students. They become part of the orchestra, the stage and the performance.
Listening. Responding. Creating together.
Young musicians perform in ensembles and bands, learning to listen to one another, improvise, react in real time and develop their own musical voice.
Jazz is not only about playing the right notes. It is about communication, freedom, trust and individuality.
Through this experience, young performers discover both independence and collaboration.
When a private creation becomes public.
The project gives young artists the opportunity to present their paintings and visual works to a real audience.
A work created at home, at school or in an art studio becomes something different when it enters an exhibition space. It becomes public. It begins a conversation.
Through colour, form and imagination, children share emotions, ideas and their own view of the world.
Ideas shaped by hand.
We Are the Future also welcomes sculpture, ceramics, clay work and other forms of three-dimensional art.
Some children express themselves through a piano. Some through paint. Some through improvisation. Others build their ideas with their hands.
Every form of creative expression has a place here.
Young voices, written into the world.
Literature has been part of We Are the Future throughout its five-year journey.
Young authors present their own short stories and literary works, sharing imagination, observations, emotions and ideas through words.
Writing gives a child the ability to create an entire world from a blank page. Sharing that work with others transforms a private act of imagination into a real creative experience.
Young writers deserve the same thing as young musicians and artists: the chance to have their voice heard.
Talent has no single form.
An essential part of We Are the Future is creating opportunities for children with special needs, as well as young people who may face social, financial or other barriers.
The project looks first at the person — at their imagination, ability and what they want to communicate through their work.
What remains is the child and their creativity.
Art becomes the common language.
Children from different countries, cultures and creative traditions meet through We Are the Future.
They listen to one another, discover new music, see each other’s art and encounter different ideas and different ways of expressing them.
Sometimes they do not even need to speak the same language. Music, art and creativity become the language.
Every participant matters.
At the conclusion of the project, participants receive diplomas and gifts from Novrasli Global as recognition of their work, courage and creativity.
These are not prizes for defeating someone else. There are no rankings.
We saw what you created. We saw your effort. Keep going.

We Are the Future is more than a concert, an exhibition or a single annual event. It is a long-term initiative of Novrasli Global.
One performance can make a child believe they belong on a stage. One exhibition can encourage a young artist to continue. One story shared with an audience can inspire a young writer to write another.
Our goal is to continue building an international creative community connecting young talent with musicians, conductors, artists, writers, educators, cultural institutions and people who can help them take the next step.
